How long does it usually take to process returns?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 2 business days of purchase, but orders are not shipped during weekends or holidays (for obvious reasons).

Do Vs. Mittens really fit most adult hand sizes?
Yes, their size and stretchiness are optimal for average hand sizes. Unless you have exceptionally very large or very small hands, you should be good to go.

Where are Vs. Mittens made?
The mittens are ethically handmade sweatshop free in China, by local crocheting farm lades in their offseason.

Why are my two paired Vs. Mittens slightly different sizes?
These mittens are handmade, and one mitten may be slightly larger or smaller than the other. If this is the case, they should still fit well. If there is a problem, please email customer service HERE.
